Q: What do you charge for shipping?
A: We ship all orders through the U.S.P.S. Rates are: Order total $50 and under, shipping is $3.95. Between $50.01 to $100, shipping is $5.95, and any order over $100 is Free shipping! We offer free pick up or delivery In the Northern Denver Metro Area (Longmont, Boulder, Northglenn, Brighton, Thornton & Broomfield).
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO or international addresses?
A: We ship to APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ship orders out on Monday and Friday. When your order has shipped, you will recieve an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. If you are in the Northern Denver metro area and have selected pick-up/delivery, we will contact you to schedule pick up or delivery.
Q: I live in Denver. Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, we offer free local pick up and delivery in the Northern Denver metro area (Longmont, Boulder, Northglenn, Brighton, Thornton & Broomfield) . When placing your order, select the "pick up/delivery" option. We will contact you to schedule pick up or delivery.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are unsatisfied with any item, you may return or exchange item within 30 days in ORIGINAL condition.
Wheels: All returned wheels are subject to a $100 flat return fee and a 15% restocking fee. The return period for spinning wheels is 30 days. Beyond 30 days, we offer exchange only. This applies to Bee, Mach I/II,III, Hopper, & the Echo models.
Q: How often do you get new products?
A: We try to do update our product inventory weekly, so check back often. When we sell out of an item, we try to have it back in stock within a week or so. Our products are hand made so there will be slight variations from item to item. If there is something specific you'd like, just send an e-mail to info@midnight-designs.com. We do custom orders.
Q: Do you do wholesale orders?
A: If this interests you, let's talk! Send an e-mail to info@midnight-designs.com.
A: Yes. We hand dye our fiber, hand select our batts, spin our yarn and make our bath products in our studio in Colorado. You can custom order almost all our products, including alpaca rugs. Please contact Jessica at info@midnight-designs.com to discuss your request.
Any custom order requires 50% downpayment upfront with the balance due upon completion. Sorry, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
Q: Will you sell my e-mail address?
A: At Midnight Designs, we respect your privacy. We will never sell or distribute your e-mail address or personal information.
